Tokai region Board, Shizuoka Prefecture, Aichi, Gifu Prefecture, in central Japan Society for Occupational Health members who are working or living in Mie Prefecture, with the aim of achieving progress and membership, mutual friendship of industrial hygiene. Japan Society for Occupational Health Tokai Branch is composed of a supporting member from 14 institutions. It conducts various seminars occasionally on industrial hygiene intended for members and non-members of the Scientific Meeting held and also it conducts various study group activities. They are actively involved in businesses such as the issue of the journals; creating awareness on public health is also done in the Tokai region meetings. There is also another reason that they have Tokai industrial zone and it produces most industrial production volume in Japan. Industrial hygiene studies with an emphasis on practice have been promoted. In addition, from the original launch of the Japan Society for Occupational Health, the Tokai region Board has played a central role in the Society activities. Aichi Medical University School of Medicine and Health Laboratory from March 2007 have been responsible for the Tokai District Secretariat. Members who wish to join as a member can subscribe and become a member. It has been thriving to create a peaceful environment for the people working in this district and also they are reaching door to door and are creating a peaceful life for the residents of Takoi District.
