New York State Association for Behavior Analysis

It is formed on 1891 and is the authorized demonstrative for behavior analysts in New York State. The New York State Association for Behavior Analysis is a section of (ABAI) the Association for Behavior Analysis International.  A Licensed Analysts equipment and assesses environmental modifications, designs using behavioral stimuli and consequences, to produce publically momentous development in human behaviour and preparation from a person who is approved or otherwise legal to provide such analysis and recommendation or ordering facilities pursuant to a profession itemized in Article 167, for the purpose of providing behavioral health management for persons with autism and autism spectrum illnesses and related syndromes. New York's unique organization of qualified regulation, standard as a model for public protection have grown to include nearly 750,000 practitioners and over 30,000 professional practice commercial entities in more than 50 professions. Guided by the Advisors, the professions are within New York State's united system of education - The University of the State of New York. This distinguishes the key role tutoring plays in both making licensed professionals and in safeguarding their continuous development. The State Education Department, under Substitutes direction, manages professional rule through its Office of the Careers, assisted by the twenty-nine State Boards for the Professions. Certifying, registering and connected dues are the sole means of support for qualified rules in New York State.
