Nordic Road Association

The prime motto of the Nordic Road Association (NRA) is to encourage the improvement of road and related services  overall the Scandinavian region by employing the proficient services of professionals from Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.The key goals are bought into track by the related technical committees, which are alienated into five areas namely: Administration & Finance, Planning & Design, Construction, Operations & Conservation and Road Traffic & Environs.

The TC21 focuses on:

Interface between conveyance planning and other social advances

•          Practicality studies, counting approximations about domestic economies

•          Transport desires and the partition between road transport and other modes

•          Traffic studies and conveyance models

Considering customer needs and opinions, the TC21 also handles the undertakings of all NRA sectors.

Established in the year 1989 in Latvia,  the Baltic Road Council in 2000 reformed its name to Baltic Road Association (BRA). At present BRA is a federal union, which integrates the undertakings of the domestic road administrations of the three Baltic states.

Collaboration amid NRA and BRA has been working on for many eons. The customer-oriented tactic to road management is significant to the Baltic states as it is to the Nordic countries, and for this cause, the co-organized seminar is the impeccable podium to reconnoitre this very imperative and remarkable subject.
