About PRSFS

The founding of the Pacific Rim Society for Fertility and Sterility (PRSFS) is to provide a platform for medical professionals in the field of reproductive medicine to share valuable information through in-depth discussions. In the fashion of biannual conference, we have hosted numerous events and seminars for world renowned experts on reproductive medicine and assisted reproductive technology to share their latest clinical and research findings, which are inspiring and beneficial to all our participants.                                          

PRSFS, moreover, provides a wonderful opportunity for medical professionals in practice in the Pacific Rim region to exchange views on recent development and be actively involved in useful forums on all aspects of fertility, sterility and other related areas.

We launched our biannual conference series back in 1996 in the beautiful resort island of Hawaii, USA. Subsequently, it was held in Cheju Island, Taipei, Okinawa, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, and we are looking forward to our Kobe conference in 2013.

We believe that PRSFS will be the perfect medium of information exchange and your PRSFS experience will undoubtedly be a “productive” one.

Mission

PRSFS aims to offer a platform for medical professionals worldwide to exchange ideas, experiences, recent research findings and state-of-the-art technologies in the field of fertility treatment, especially on its safety issues, ways of improving success rate and potential use of stem cells. We provide our members with the most up-to-date knowledge in reproductive medicine and help advance the level of clinical practice, as well as basic research. Through our biannual conferences, we invite renowned researchers in the Pacific Rim region and other continents to share their insight and expertise via lectures on the basic and clinical aspects of Reproductive Endocrinology, Stem Cells & Epigenetics, Gamates & Zygotes, Embryo & Implatation, Cryobiology, Reproductive Immunology, Endometriosis, Clinical Problems in Infertility and ART.
