The Royal Military College of Canada, usually condensed as RMCC or RMC, is the military school of the Canadian Armed Forces, and is a degree-allowing college preparing military officers. RMC was set up in 1876 and is the main government organization in Canada with degree-conceding powers. The RMC mission is to teach, prepare and create Officer Cadets for authority professions of compelling administration in the Canadian Armed Forces-the Royal Canadian Air Force, the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Army. The Royal Military College of Canada Degrees Act, 1959 enables the school to present degrees in expressions, science, and designing. Projects are offered at the undergrad and graduate levels both on grounds and also through the College's separation learning program by means of the Division of Continuing Studies.
