Saskatchewan Health Educators Association main Vision and Mission and the objectives of SHEA are to:
Bolster common wellbeing instruction educational program.
Advance and give proficient learning open doors.
Share and spread present, important and formatively proper data and assets.
Bolster school groups to receive and support a Comprehensive School Community Health way to deal with wellbeing and prosperity.
Work cooperatively with accomplices (e.g., services of training and wellbeing) who have a personal stake in the wellbeing and prosperity of kids and youth.
In June of 1988, a letter was planned by Elaine Grass to the STF asking for that Health and Family Life Education be perceived as a Special Subject Council. In 1991, the association changed its name to the Saskatchewan Health Educators Association and has been supporting school wellbeing training from that point forward.
