SCOTTISH BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION

The association's motivations are to bolster bumble bees and beekeepers, to

enhance the standard of beekeeping, and to advance bumble bee items in

Scotland through:

• The progression of training in connection to the art of beekeeping.
• The progression of the legacy, society and exploration of beekeeping.
• The headway of ecological assurance by protection of the bumble bee.

Key Aims:

• To give a scope of exercises, occasions and administrations to the overall population.
• To counsel and participate in exchange with the general population, different associations and offices.
• To advance and bolster research, and the scattering of learning and data on the financial and natural significance of Scottish beekeeping.
• To give a scope of administrations to the affiliation's individuals suitable to their necessities.

Running the Association

There is a leading body of trustees, who are in charge of regulating and running the issues of the affiliation everyday. All are volunteers, who give their time openly to the affiliation. The trustees meet 5 - 6 times consistently.
