Our organization was established October 28, 1937 in Paris. The official announcement was made ââDecember 11, 1937 under number 175 442 by Doctor Pierre Lépine. In this manner, National Societies were established in these nations and the statutes changed October 29, 1938 and January 12, 1967, when the Association of French Language of Microbiologists, for reasons of harmonization with the Foreign Companies, Selects French Company name MICROBIOLOGY. The statutes were recorded by Mr. André LWOFF, President, under the number 67/20. They were changed in 1989 and 1991.
