Back Pain Research Society formed in 1971 aim to study of all clinical and scientific aspects of spinal pain, neck, and to increse research into its causes, treatment & prevention. as of now over 200 members of the Society, more range of diffrent clinicians such as Orthopedic Surgeons, Rheumatologists, Neurologists and General Practitioners, noraml scientists including Biochemists, Bioengineers, Anatomists & Epidemiologists as well as various different practitioners including Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. Scientific conferences were held yearly and all are welcome to attend. Papers on different aspects of back pain research are presented & discussed and the best abstracts in each year are published in the JBJS. Wrokshps are devoted to specific topics of particular current relevance. Every effort is made to keep costs of the meetings to a state. Membership of the Society is available to all clinical or scientific worker who has an active interest in back pain research and who wishes to further the moto of the Society.
