It also encourages the growth of research on psychotherapy as well as it aims to funding and enhance both the experimental basis and applied value of research on psychotherapy.Psychotherapy research is encouraged, for instance, by providing small research grants for trial studies which, in turn, enable researchers to later obtain larger grant funding.
