Spanish Society for Statistics and Operation Research-SEIO

The SEIO was initially made on the twelfth February 1962 under the name of the Spanish Operations Research Society. Its initially meeting occurred in the rooms of the Institute of Statistical Research of the Upper Council of Scientific Research and was gone to by 52 individuals keen on techniques for Operations Research and the proliferation inside Spain of the hypothesis and practice in the field.
