Stem Cell Society

The Stem Cell Society, Singapore (SCSS) was enrolled in January 2008. SCSS is a non-benefit association which tries to serve the group with a triple goal; firstly, to unite analysts, clinicians, wellbeing experts, and organizations inspired by undifferentiated organisms, also, to give data to lay people about undeveloped cells and thirdly to give a center to all issues associated with foundational microorganisms. The introduction of Stem Cell Society, Singapore occurred at the Science Hub, Biopolis, in December 2008. Partner Prof Lim Sai Kiang, President of the Society and Principal Investigator, A*STAR Institute of Medical Biology, administered the occasion. The visitor of-honor was Prof Lee Eng Hin, Executive Director, and Biomedical Research Council (BMRC). The key occasion for the Society was its first Annual International Stem Cell Conference, which was held in November 2009. Giving a point of convergence to immature microorganism analysts in the district, the meeting plans to pull in real players from the global undifferentiated cell research group. Objectives of Stem Cell Society, Singapore are: Stem Cell Society, Singapore will run standard month to month conferences, events and meetings on scholarly/clinical and specialized parts of undeveloped cell research. These monthly meets will involve talks took after by a systems administration session. Stem Cell Society, Singapore will hold a yearly Stem Cell Conferences, meetings and events, covers an extensive variety of immature microorganism related points including; research, clinical, moral and legitimate. Stem Cell Society, Singapore will likewise run an effort project to teach the general population about undifferentiated organisms. Every year the Singapore Stem Cell Society (SSCS) holds an exploratory symposium that unites the individuals from the general public with nearby and worldwide specialists who share a typical enthusiasm for undeveloped cells. One of the magnificent viewpoints about undifferentiated cell exploration is that it is prompting energizing disclosures in essential science that are then being deciphered into medicines for infections. Essential to deciphering fundamental examination on foundational microorganisms into clinically practical applications is the capacity to control cell destinies. By coordinating immature microorganisms into cell sorts of interest they can be utilized to model human sicknesses, to give cells to transplantation, and to uncover principal ideas in formative science. The Singapore Stem Cell Society Symposium 2016 contemplates on fundamental and translational examination to comprehend and misuse the benefit of controlling undeveloped cell destinies.
