Swiss Medical Association work for a high quality health system that can be financed, they act as key players in the Swiss health system and in the field of health care policy making also train highly competent and highly ethical doctors, dedicated to their patients.  Swiss Medical Association is founded in year 1901. This association defend the interests of practising physicians, physicians in drill and hospital physicians, it also help remain independent from any state intervention or outside financial influence, it promote medical science, solidarity and contacts between members & Maintain interactions with political authorities and the people also maintain associates with medical organisations in Switzerland and abroad. The Federation of the Medical Profession in Switzerland/FMH is the parent organisation of the cantonal medical relations as well as the medical specialists' associations. One of the main tasks of the Federation of the Medical Profession in Switzerland/FMH is to start the principles and to supervise the period of postgraduate medical education of assistant doctors after their state examination.
