The South Texas Geological Society, established in 1929, is a non-benefit association. This society accounts to propel the investigation of topography, to advance the innovation of investigating for, finding and delivering crude material from the earth, their preservation and favorable use, to cultivate the soul of experimental exploration; To scatter certainties identifying with geographical science, to motivate and keep up an elevated expectation of expert behavior with respect to its individuals and to give people in general method for acknowledgment of sufficiently prepared and professionally mindful geologists. The Society’s primary publication is the Bulletin of the South Texas Geological Society, published from September - May. The Bulletin provides members with technical articles and news of the Society. Enrollment class and related capabilities are point by point in the STGS By-laws, Article III, and are condensed in the participation necessities segment of this application.
