Xian Siyuan University is located in the historic city of Xian, one of Chinas most famous cities; it is the home of the Warriors and Horses, which draws millions of visitors to the city every year. Less well known is the fact that this huge city offers much more in the way of archaeological and historical interest than just the Terracotta. Its geographical position also places it between many interesting cultures. Xian itself is the home to many different Chinese people from Han through to Muslim.
Xian Siyuan University is directly under the administration of Shaanxi Provincial Education Department, Xian Siyuan University is a newly built, modern and regular private university enjoying the right of enrolling students through National General Enrollment Plan. For several years, we have formed a number of features and unique specialties, dominated by science and characterized by humanities, management, economics and law. For its excellent performance, the university has gained the fame “One of the Ten Largest Private Higher Educational Institutions” in April of 2002 and was ratified“the Model for Creative Ability Training ” by the Chinese Ministry of Labor and Social Security among all the universities in China in July of 2003. And for many times the university was praised.
The University is not only geographic advantageous with easy transportation but also literally advantageous to talents in pursuing their academic goals. In total, the university covers an area of 1200mu (around 1 square km), where is just about 30km to Terracotta.
