Yoga and Physiotherapy

Physical therapy or physiotherapy is a health care profession which is primarily concerned with the remediation of impairments and disabilities. Yoga can be defined as the physical, mental, and spiritual practices usually employed to attain a state of permanent peace. Both the meditative and the exercise components of yoga are promising for non-specific health benefits. One of the main goals of yoga is to improve the overall well-being.
