American Association of Immunologists

The American Association of Immunologists is a group of professionally trained scientists gathered to form a society on June 19, 1913. The association was established with aim to advance the knowledge of immunology and its related disciplines, increasing the exchange of ideas and information among investigators, and addresses on potential topics of immunologic principles into clinical practice. AAI society has grown in to a center for distribution of information relevant to the field and its practices including educational and professional opportunities, scientific annual meetings, opinions, and membership-derived issues, social and political issues. AAI owns and publishes The Journal of Immunology—the largest and most highly cited journal in the field.

AAI society has successfully completed its century and became most esteemed professional association of immunologists in the world and also with the members of association throughout globe. The association fulfilled its mission and encourages members of association with determine effort scientific research on conducting annual meetings, publishes the Journal of Immunology, awards, and the activities of many committees. It has become one of the largest and most prestigious associations of immunologists in the world and continues to champion the interests of its membership which has grown to a large platform that includes over 7,700 scientists from all over the world in 70 countries. It also honours the research achievements and professional promise of over 1,000 scientists through fellowships, career awards, and travel grants.
