Occupational Exposures
An occupational exposure occurs during the performance of job duties and may place a worker at risk of infection. The exposure to high concentrations of hazardous chemicals in workplace may affect the health of workers. Hence care must be taken at the workplaces to avoid contact with the hazardous chemicals and materials.
Occupational exposure is pertained to certain limit on the acceptable concentration of a hazardous substances in workplace for a particular material. The occupational exposures to chemicals may lead to several disorders which effects the health of the people at a greater extent.
