Accounting-scholarly-Peer-review-Journal

Accounting is the process of systematic recording, reporting and analysis of financial transactions of a business. It is the key for almost any business. A person who is in charge of accounting is known as an accountant. It may be handled by a bookkeeper at small firms or with large number of employees at larger companies. An accountant must follow a set of rules and regulations termed as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
