Behavioral Pharmacology is a branch of Medical Sciences is also called as psychopharmacology and neuropharmacology. It deals with the study of behaviour altering drugs. Behavioral Pharmacologists study about various psycho active drugs and their effect on change in perception, mood, thought patterns, and behavior. Drugs used to treat various pharmacological disorders are studied with special reference to the recreational drugs like alcohol and marijuana etc.
