Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health, leading to reduced life. The in vivo studies on obese and lean rats which were feed with same food have proved that the obese conditions are much prone to tumour formation. In the obese patients the fat called adipose tissue is present in huge amount and will extend much sooner than lean. These adipose tissue cells gradually divide and lead to the cancer induced stromal cells which navigate to the circulatory system and leads to the formation of fat cells and also tumour associated blood vessels. The tumour associated blood vessels support the growth of tumour by diverting more oxygen and nutrients to tumour cells which rigorously grow than normal cells and lead to advanced cancer in no time.
