Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health, leading to reduced life. These adipose tissue cells gradually divide and lead to the cancer induced stromal cells which navigate to the circulatory system and leads to the formation of fat cells and also tumour associated blood vessels. The tumour associated blood vessels support the growth of tumour by diverting more oxygen and nutrients to tumour cells which rigorously grow than normal cells and lead to advanced cancer in no time. The existence of these path ways are still emerging concepts and the understanding of these signalling pathways will definitely open a new avenue for the cancer treatments and cell therapies.
