Eyes are the organ of vision which collects light and convert it into electro chemical signals and send it to neurons. Photoreceptor cells are present in the conscious that connect the light to movement. Eyes collect the light from the surrounding environment and regulate its intensity by the help of diaphragm. With the help of lens it forms an image and this image is converted into electrical signals. These signals are sent to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect the eye via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.
