Cytotoxicity is the property of a compound to cause toxic effects on cells. Cytotoxic compounds mainly cause carcinogenic, mutagenic and teratogenic affects on exposure. The cytotoxic compounds affects the cells by causing uncontrolled cell death, prevents cell growth and cell division. The exposure of cytotoxic compounds to the cells causes the cells to undergo necrosis by nuclear and cytoplamic condensation and loss of memberane integrity. The ability of cytotoxic compounds to prevent the cell division can be utilized to prevent the uncontrolled proliferation of cancer cells. Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulate needs or existing market needs. It is proficient through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. Innovations are something original and novel, as a significant, new that “breaks into” the market or society.
