Post Traumatic Disorder Peer-review Journals

Post traumatic disorder is a mental illness that’s triggered by a terrifying event either by self-experiencing it or witnessing it. Post traumatic symptom appear within three months of traumatic event. But sometimes it may happen that symptoms not appear till year after an event. Post traumatic symptoms are compiled into four types- intrusive memories, avoidance, negative changes in thinking and mood or changes in emotional reactions. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
