Some drugs are prescribed by the doctors and physicians to treat the particular disease but sometime those can become toxic to the patients because of inappropriate use and administration. To clinical trials should be done before the release of the drug to prevent the toxicity of the drug.

Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
