Family history can be defined as a basic knowledge of genetic of all family members. Family history plays an important role in identification of chronic hereditary diseases. Family history of diseases of individual's is different. The foremost features of family history that may initiate risk are: diseases which can be seen at an early age, diseases that occur in one or more relative such as, thalaessemia and some combination of diseases in a family such as high blood pressure and heart diseases.Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal.
