Primary health care is abbreviated with PHCÂ. It can be defined as a technology which includes health care on the basis of practical, scientifically and socially traditional methods. The foremost aim of primary health care is better health for all. According to WHO there are few methods through which Primary health care can be achieved are to reduce and prohibit social disparity in health, to organize health services around people's needs and to integrate health into all sector. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
