Insomnia

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. People insomnia have troubles such as staying asleep, falling asleep, or both. Insomnia effects people of all age groups. As a result, they may get little sleep or have low-quality sleep. Insomnia is commonly separated into three different types: Transient insomnia, Acute insomnia, Chronic insomnia symptoms of Insomnia include: frequently waking up in the night, waking up early in the morning, difficult to fal asleep, Insomnia can be caused either by physical factors or by psychological factors. The treatment of insomnia mainly depends on the cause of the problem.
