Measles is a viral infection and commonly occurs in children. It mainly affects respiratory system, immune system as well as derma of the skin. Measles transmit form one person to another through air and water while the infected person sneezes and coughs. Vaccination is given to the infants at their 12month, in order to develop resistance towards the virus in future. Measles is extremely infectious and contagious.
