Profiling of soluble proteins was also done in various treatments. Analysis of total soluble proteins through Sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was carried out for the study of variable response of resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici. SDS PAGE was done to get soluble protein pattern. Soluble proteins were electrophoresed by 12 percent SDS polyacrylamide gel based on the method of Laemmli.
