Neurology is the branch of medical science that deals with the study and treatment of disorders and illness of the nervous system. The nervous system is a complicated, sophisticated system that regulates and co-ordinates body functions and activities. It has two major classification: Central nervous system which includes the brain and spinal cord. Next is, Peripheral nervous system which includes all the other neural elements such as eyes, ear, skin and other sensory receptors. A physician who specializes in neurology is called a neurologist. The neurologist deals with disorder that affect the brain, spinal cord and nerves.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new Research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
