Diseases occurs at the time of birth or before birth of child. Mostly congenital disease occurs through genetic changes or chromosomal changes in the child. 30% of etiology is unknown. These can be divided into genetic disorders, inheritance disorders and rare disorders. The disorders can pass from parents to child. The newborns who are having the disorders are should be carefully treated in certain conditions. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
