Neonatal Sepsis Peer Review Journals

The bacterial infection of the blood of the neonate is known as neonatal sepsis.Neonatal sepsis is specifically infection occurring during the first month of life. It may lead to serious complications in future if not treated in early stages. The infection may be due to contact of the new born with bacteria during gestation, birth or the early environments after birth. The Early onset sepsis may be due to infection from the mother while the Late onset sepsis is due to exposure to environment. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
