Neonate is the medical reference given to a new born human child. In common terms the neonate can be called as infant within in age of 4 weeks.The infant after 30 days of age is not considered as neonate. Neonate period is considered as the most crucial in the developing life of the human as most of the genetic abnormalities, etc are shown up. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
