Cancer is considered as the most dreadful disease in which uncontrolled growth and cell division is observed. Chemotherapy and radiation therapies are majorly used for the treatment of cancer. High energy radiations are specifically targets cancer cells and kill them. Radiation therapy is safe with less side effects, more comfortable to use and also less expensive. Cancer are treated and diagnosed by exposing cancer cells to radiation. Positron emission tomography (PET) is mostly use to detect cancer.
