A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Journal of Physiology is the one of the High Impact journal in Physiology related field. The mission of the Physiology group journals provides a forum for publishing new findings on Physiology and related fields. Currently our primary research objective is to encourage and assist the development of better and faster measures of publishing activity. In cases where we believe we can contribute directly, as opposed to through highlighting the work of others, we are producing our own measures of publishing activity.
