Infectious Diseases In Medicine

Chronic infectious diseases are caused by the intervention of virus, fungi and bacteria. Our body acts as host for many bacteria, without causing any disease, however some of them lead to sickness in certain conditions. Most of these infectious diseases are transmitted in the community by means of insects or bugs or air, water and contaminated food.
