Pathogens, cytokines, inflammatory stimuli endothelial cells are factors which causes vascular diseases. Once endothelial cells become activated it release cytokines and chemokines which expresses adhesion molecules on their surface which results in to release of WBC. WBC can infiltrate the blood vessels wall. Stimulation of smooth muscle layer with cytokine further causes thickening of vessel wall and at a final stage it results in to strokes.Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
