In the wake of his departure, the firm will begin operating under its new name, Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, LLP or "Oblon." The new name will take effect January 16.
While this rebranding effort is catalyzed by Spivak's departure, it is also reflective of the firm's broadening footprint, steady growth and increased recognition in the U.S. and worldwide.
