Evaluating Multi-Scale Flow Predictions for the Connecticut River Basin

Rainfall-runoff modeling has a long history; the first hydrologist that used rainfall-runoff model was an Irish engineer Thomas James Mulvaney (1822-1892) who published his work in 1851. During the last few decades, a number of conceptual and physically-based models have been developed and used for simulation of floods.
