Clinical Immunology Review Articles

Immunology is a wide branch of medical science that deals with the characteristics, components, features and diseases related to immune system for all living organisms. It is the study of chemical, physical and physiological characteristics of cells and organs of the immune system. It provides information about various mechanisms, which are used by an organism body to fight against the foreign substances. This area of science has been divided into several sub components that deliver data specifically, one of which includes Clinical immunology. As the term infers, it is a part of immunological science that precisely provides information about the diseases and disorders of immune system. It also focuses on the health related issues where immune system plays a major role. Various reviews on the study of immunological diseases are updated on various journals like Clinical and cellular Immunology, Immunological Biomolecules, etc. These journals also accept research articles for publication that aid in knowledge to the scientific world. The information contained in these articles greatly help the doctors to get better ways for diagnosis and treatment. Review articles are the summary of current state of understanding on a particular research topic. They analyze or discuss research previously published by scientist and academicians rather than reporting novel research results. Review article comes in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and are a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an objective list of criteria, and find all previously published original research papers that meet the criteria. They then compare the results presented in these papers. Literature reviews, by contrast, provide a summary of what the authors believe are the best and most relevant prior publications. The concept of "review article" is separate from the concept of peer-reviewed literature. It is possible for a review to be peer-reviewed, and it is possible for a review to be non-peer-reviewed.
