Trauma therapy uses a number of techniques for the purpose of disappear the feelings experienced by a patient. It is done by changing his thoughts, believes and behavior. Techniques that are used are exposure, cognitive restructuring, emotional and physical adjustments. Emotional and physical adjustment includes relaxation, breathing, stopping thoughts. In expose technique, the therapist helps the patient to cope up with bad memories, situations, people and objects. In cognitive restructuring technique the therapist helps the patient to identify and change those negative thoughts.
Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
