Analysis and validation of 16S rRNA gene sequence based phylogeny is the basis for prokaryotic systematics. In this context, it is worth mentioning that, based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses, five distinct phylogenetic groups within the genus Bacillus , two novel orders, Solirubrobacterales and Thermoleophilale , and a new hierarchic classification structure for the actinomycete line of descent were proposed and the phylogenetic affiliation of the genus pseudomonads was assessed . In congruence with these, to take few examples, several novel genera, such as Solibacillus and Planomicrobium , were created on the basis of their 16S rRNA gene sequence. Information in online journals is numerous. Online journals provide a greater visibility to the readers, authors, researchers and scientist. Online journals follow a systematic pattern with a particular style which is universally followed to avoid confusion. All the information should be unbiased, readily proven and can be challenged in any kind of situation. Each and every fact should be made clear by providing proper evidence thereby encouraging true scholar and safeguarding copyrights. Following such stringent rules and evaluation can be costly, so publishers charge from the users who access the information, but, it will obstruct research as young researchers can afford it. Alternatively, fees can be charged from the researcher who has made the research and it can be free to the user who is interested in research thus, increasing the popularity and reputation to scholar and enhancing knowledge to user. OMICS is one such organization which freely publishes online journals where quality information resides and students, academicians etc can improve their knowledge by freely accessing these journals. OMICS Group International is one of the leading Open Access Publishers which is publishing 700+ peer-reviewed journals. Entomology, Ornithology and Herpetology: Current Research is one of the best online open access journals which publish original research, review, Short communication, and Case study in the field of Entomology, Ornithology and Herpetology and its current research. It has world quality editorial board members in order to develop its standards.
