According to WHO health can be defined as complete state of mental, physical and social well being not only the absence of diseases. Health development plays an important role in development of well established community. Health focuses on, the health of mother and child of a population and the healthy development of neonates, infants and child in the family. To overcome infectious diseases from pregnant mother so that infant can born without any diseases such as in HIV. A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity.
