Primary health care is abbreviated with PHC. It can be defined as a technology which includes health care on the basis of practical, scientifically and socially traditional methods. The foremost aim of primary health care is better health for all. According to WHO there are few methods through which Primary health care can be achieved are to reduce and prohibit social disparity in health, to organize health services around people's needs and to integrate health into all sector.Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
