Anesthesia as the name suggests is a kind of injection or local medicine that is given to a person to make him unconscious. This geriatric anesthesia is majorly used for the elderly people. It is not used for young persons or adults. Elderly patients sometimes are not capable to bear pain even if it is not that severe. In that case this anesthesia is given to them.
