Head Ache

Headache is pain in any region of the head. Headaches may occur on one or both sides of the head are isolated to a certain location, radiate across the head from one point, or have a vise-like quality. A headache may be a sharp pain, throbbing sensation or dull ache. Headaches may appear gradually or suddenly, and they may last less than an hour or for several days. Some of the reasons for head ache include: Chronic daily headaches, Cough headaches, Exercise headaches, Sex headaches Headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine, certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture, Skipped meals, Stress. The impact factor of journal provides quantitative assessment tool for grading, evaluating, sorting and comparing journals of similar kind. It reflects the average number of citations to recent articles published in science and social science journals in a particular year or period, and is frequently used as a proxy for the relative importance of a journal within its field. It is first devised by Eugene Garfield, the founder of the Institute for Scientific Information. The impact factor of a journal is evaluated by dividing the number of current year citations to the source items published in that journal during the previous two years.
