Hospitality is the relationship between the guest and the host, or the act or practice of being hospitable. This includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. The Human Resource department in a company is considered most important as the Human Resources define the type, size and behavioral aspects of a work force that run the company. The head of the Human Resource Management Team is the HR Manager who takes the final decision regarding all matters concerning recruitment, employee welfare, employee grievances, employee payroll and benefits, etc.
A journal is a periodical publication intended to further progress of science, usually by reporting new research. Most journals are highly specialized, although some of the oldest journals publish articles, reviews, editorials, short communications, letters, and scientific papers across a wide range of scientific fields. Journals contain articles that peer reviewed, in an attempt to ensure that articles meet the journal's standards of quality, and scientific validity. Each such journal article becomes part of the permanent scientific record.
