The most frequent factors causing traumas are traffic accidents, to fall down from high metres, firearms or contact/edged weapon wounds, Multiple body wounds have increased by the progress in industry and technology. Cranial traumas and spinal traumas usually accompany with multiple wounds in patients. Cranial and spinal traumas appear as health problems which mostly require some lifestyle changes and which have individual and social significance.
